Order Status
How can I view my order status?You can view your order through an order number. Upon placing your order, you will be given a username and password that you can use to check your order via the order number. You can find this number when you open your account and check your order details.
Will I receive notification when my order ships?
Yes. Upon shipping out of your package, we will send the tracking number to your email so that you can track your order.

How much is sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected from customers who live in a state where Xotic Tech has warehouses and facilities—this is required by law. At present, we collect sales tax from customers residing in California. For customers from all other states, no sales tax is collected.
The amount of sales tax depends on the rates in your respective state and district.
For International orders
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consigne/buyer. The consignee authorizes HMPWR Inc.to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that HMPWR Inc. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods
