This listing is for two pieces of brand new decoders for H4 / 9003 / HB2 fog light bulbs.

This decoder will allow LED bulbs to be used with lighting control modules without triggering OBC(on-board computer) on most of high-end European vehicles, such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, etc. or some American cars.

You can also connect this decoder to any 12V power source to create a new light outlet.

Note
* The load resistors are very HOT while working, please attach / mount them to metal part (PLEASE make sure the power is OFF during installation).
